Is my order secure?

The order process is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet. All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. You can tell that SSL is activated if you see a closed padlock in your browser window. You can also tell that the page is protected if the URL displayed in the address bar begins with "https:".

What credit cards do you accept?

What will happen after I place my order online?

You will immediately receive confirmation of the transaction after entering your order online.
You will also receive confirmation by e-mail.

 

When will I receive my product?

For downloadable products and instant payment methods like Credit Card or Paypal, the delivery information will be sent via your e-mail address, usually within a few minutes after an order has been successfully completed.

For physical products, delivery conditions are those displayed on the partner terms and conditions during the ordering process.

 

I have received a registration number. What should I do?

After the payment, you will get your personal registration key to your e-mail. You should enter this key in the software’s registration window. To access this window choose Registration menu item. After that, you can insert the key either from the clipboard.


How will I receive my invoice?

An invoice for your order will be issued only after payment is received. For orders paid by credit card or direct debit from your bank account (electronic debit or online wire transfer), we will issue an invoice immediately. For orders paid by wire transfer, check, or cash, you will first receive an order confirmation, and the invoice will be issued after payment is received.

 

Can I use my free e-mail address?

You can use your free e-mail account but it is recommended that you use a paid or business email address. Orders placed with free e-mail accounts can be subject to additional verifications.
